Physician Search Associates exclusively represents an excellent opportunity with a five-physician ophthalmology group on the beautiful Western Pacific Island of Guam!  If you are looking for a unique practice opportunity with year-round warmth and beaches minutes from your front door, look no further! ​

This well-established practice is looking to add a fellowship trained cornea specialist.  The island’s “relaxed culture” allows physicians to really spend time with patients. The incoming surgeon can anticipate seeing 30+ patients per day, performing at least 5 cataracts per week in addition to cornea casework and refractive surgery.

A large majority of patients are covered by private insurance reimbursing a higher than normal rates.  The practice sees minimal Medicare and zero Medicaid!  The incoming surgeon will have the potential to earn a seven-figure income working on 9 months per year!  No State Income Tax!

All surgery is performed at the practice owned Ambulatory Surgery center at the main office.

The practice will be offering a very competitive income guarantee, a production incentive bonus and a full benefits package.  After year one; the vacation option can be taken to total 3 months per year!
