Job Description

PSA is working with a buy ophthalmology group located on the North Carolina Coast searching for a future partner.  Due to the planned retirement of a senior partner, the incoming surgeon will step into immediate patient and surgical volume.

Currently the partners see 45 patients per day on average, but certainly could be increased.  The practice is booked out approximately nine months for routine exams!  The incoming surgeon will perform at least 15 cataracts per week.

Surgery is performed at the local hospital, although a local ASC is being planned for the near future.  Opportunity to get in the ground floor!

The practice is not interested in private equity and is looking for a future partner.

Located in a rapidly growing, extremely diverse coastal community drawing from a population of approximately 250,000.   Located less than one hour to desirable Wilmington, NC; 2 hours to Raleigh or Myrtle Beach, SC. 

The incoming surgeon will be offered a very competitive income guarantee, a production incentive bonus and a partnership track.
