PSA is working with a very well-established ophthalmology group located in Central Michigan who is searching for an additional general ophthalmologist due to planned retirements.

The practice is home to over 12 ophthalmologists, representing most all subspecialities.
 
The incoming surgeon will step into immediate patient and surgical volume.  Opportunity to see over 40 patients per day while performing 20-25 cataracts per week.

Any interest or subspeciality training is welcome and available to be performed.

All surgery is performed at a practice owned ASC.  Shared practice call schedule which amounts to a few days per year.

Located in a midsized university community that is home to many minor league sports teams, several museums, and a long running orchestra group.  Several metropolitan areas are within a short drive.

The incoming surgeon will be providing a competitive income guarantee (300-350,000), a production incentive bonus and a equity options.
