Well-Established Multi-Specialty Ophthalmology Group Seeks a new Glaucoma Specialist and Partner!

Opportunity to join a 30+ year old multi-specialty group desires a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist due to the retirement of a senior surgeon.

The incoming surgeon will step into a large patient and surgical volume!  You can anticipate seeing up to 50+ patients per day, performing surgery at least 1 if not 2 days per week!  Practice is flush with glaucoma casework, currently sending out all non-simple glaucoma procedures.

Shared call schedule and teaching opportunities are available through a local ophthalmology residency program!

Rotation from main office and two satellites located just 20 minutes away.

Located in a desirable Philadelphia suburb with easy access to Center City either by car or train!

A very competitive income guarantee ($350,000+), a production incentive bonus and a partnership track will be offered.

Practice is privately owned and is highly concerned regarding patient care.  The practice has no interest in engaging with any private equity entities.
