Overview

Our ophthalmology practice located just one hour from Philadelphia, PA is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Retina Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of retina conditions and diseases
• Perform surgical interventions as needed, such as vitrectomies and retinal detachments
• Provide consultations and follow-up care for patients with retina-related issues
• Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Medical degree and completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency program
• Fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery
• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology and Retina/Vitreous Surgery
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to staying updated on the latest developments in retina care

Day-to-day

As a Retina Specialist, you will spend your days evaluating and treating patients with various retina conditions, performing surgeries when necessary, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to participate in educational initiatives and research projects to further contribute to the advancement of retina care.
